- What is it? The H.O.T. Spot is a mini-magazine for curious kids. Each interdisciplinary issue focuses on one overarching topic (e.g., Antarctica, Greek mythology, the evolution of animation, etc.) and offers students a chance to develop expertise, conduct research, solve problems, and create interesting projects of their own choosing.
